Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products in their original packaging.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Not a final sale or clearance item
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@pibucode.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Pack the item securely with all original packaging
- Ship the item back using the provided return label
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
